Role OverviewEllie Mental Health is seeking a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT) to supervise and lead a team of therapists in a hybrid position. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, Massachusetts clinical licensure, and experience with therapy services, community resources, and mental health documentation.
What You Will Do
As a supervising Lead Marriage and Family Therapist, you will evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and provide excellent customer service to clients. You will also collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT)
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
