Job Description
The Lead Mechanic will schedule manpower, coordinate with other departments, and ensure compliance with regulations. They will also perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial aircraft.

Requirements

  • Schedule manpower to accomplish assigned structural maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate with other departments as necessary to ensure a smooth and continuous workflow.
  • Ensure that GMM, RSM, and FAA regulations and procedures are followed.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Structures Supervisor or Structures Manager.
  • Interface with the Structures Supervisor to recommend improvements needed to increase performance and quality.
