Role OverviewThe Lead Mechanical Installer will manage and perform duties such as replacing/installing commercial HVAC equipment, including roof-top package units, condensers, evaporators, exhaust systems, and refrigeration equipment. This will involve effective communication with Project Manager/Superintendents, performing duties with minimal supervision, and leading a crew of techs.
What You Will Do
Assist the Project Manager/Superintendents with managing and completing building, demolition, removal, and/or installation of equipment, and general construction tasks on time and under budget. Perform duties with minimal supervision, meet with customers and store personnel to review projects, and maintain a clean work environment.
