Lead Mechanical Technician

Lead a team of mechanical technicians, overseeing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment. Ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion of work. Enforce safety policies and procedures.

Assign and prioritize daily work, provide hands-on support for complex repairs, coordinate with planners and operations teams, and support preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
