Role OverviewJoin our team as a Lead Medical Assistant to work at our South Philadelphia, PA office. This position requires traveling. We are a professional medical organization committed to providing our patients with the highest quality cardiovascular care available.
What You Will Do
Perform various medical tasks such as taking vital signs, updating EMR, performing EKG's, making patient phone calls, and assisting in hiring, training, and reviewing performance of staff.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant with at least 2-3 years of experience and the ability to multitask. Familiarity with cardiology related procedures is a plus.
Requirements
- Must be a certified or registered Medical Assistant
- BLS required
- Must have at least 2-3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Must be familiar with various cardiology related procedures
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Computer knowledge is a must
- Experience with an EMR system is a plus
- Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing
