Role OverviewThe Lead Medical Laboratory Technologist will work collaboratively with the laboratory team to provide testing services to clients. Additional tasks can be assigned at the discretion of the Supervisor/Manager/Director.
What You Will Do
Performs lab procedures of moderate and high complexity, maintains an up-to-date working knowledge of technical procedures, and operates laboratory instruments.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in medical technology, chemistry, biology, or related life science
- 1 year of relevant work experience as a Medical Lab Technologist
- State Licensure, where applicable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Mathematical, computer, reasoning, and language skills at the college level
- Ability to pass colorblind test
