Job Description
Southeast Restoration Group is looking for a Lead Mitigation Technician to lead water, fire, and mold mitigation services, set the standard for technical excellence, team collaboration, and customer care, and participate in on-call rotation for emergency services.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in restoration, construction, or similar field
  • IICRC WRT Certification preferred
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong working knowledge of mitigation processes and equipment
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding labor
  • Comfortable working in potentially hazardous environments (e.g., sewage, roofs)
  • Proficiency with mobile documentation
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must be at least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical
