Role OverviewAs a Lead Mitigation Technician, you will take charge on emergency restoration projects for families and businesses affected by fire, water, mold, sewer, and storm damage. You will lead and supervise mitigation crews on residential and commercial job sites, respond to emergency mitigation calls, and perform and oversee water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services in accordance with IICRC standards.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include leading and supervising mitigation crews, responding to emergency calls, performing water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services, developing drying plans, and documenting job progress through photos, moisture readings, and detailed notes.

Requirements
- IICRC WRT certification (or willingness to obtain immediately)
- Prior experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction
- Demonstrated ability to lead a crew and manage job site workflow
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong social awareness and customer service mindset
- Acceptable driving record
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to navigate Microsoft Teams and complete onsite documentation using a smartphone and industry software (Proven Jobs, Encircle, Docusketch)
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, solution-focused attitude
