Lead .NET Developer

We are looking for a Lead .NET Developer to support our client based in Tallahassee, FL. The consultant will serve as developer, facilitator, and subject matter expert for applications and services that support complex financial business processes on large cross-functional projects.

What You Will Do

The role combines hands-on development with systems analysis. The consultant will document critical business processes, analyze financial systems and dependent processes for efficiency, assist with process redesign during an ongoing business transformation, and provide quality assurance oversight of new code from inception through production.

A successful candidate has the following experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related technical field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 7 years of experience as a lead developer or development manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related technical field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a lead developer or development manager
• Minimum of 5 years of broad experience with development technologies including Azure SQL, SQL Server, and Oracle or similar relational databases
• Strong knowledge of relational database terminology and concepts, including SQL proficiency
• Experience developing and maintaining software systems that support complex financial business processes
• Ability to conduct complex systems analysis and translate user requirements into business solutions
• Experience providing quality assurance oversight and applying QA techniques and tools to new code
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with development teams
• Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment and balance multiple demands independently and as part of a team
