Job Description
Join KENT Nutrition, a six-time US Best Managed Company, as a Lead Operator at our Richford, VT plant. The Lead Operator is responsible for all production activities during the shift and supervises shift production employees.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Competent to proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and multiple site-specific software programs
  • Experience in feed or other manufacturing environments preferred
  • Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements, cGMP's, HACCP Feed & Food Safety Plan, and FSMA
  • Previous supervisor experience beneficial
