Role OverviewAs a Lead Optical Retail Sales Associate (Key Holder), you will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their eyewear needs and ensuring they receive exceptional service. What You Will Do
Assist patients in selecting eyeglass frames, lenses, and coatings, ensure lab technicians have accurate measurements and prescription information, dispense completed glasses to patients, and provide exceptional customer service.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is required, and experience in the optical industry is preferred. Ability to correctly read and interpret prescription specifications is also required.
