Job Description
The Night Audit Lead oversees overnight Front Office operations while ensuring completion of all Night Audit responsibilities. This role serves as the overnight leadership presence for the Front Office team by providing operational support, training, accountability, and communication to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.

Requirements

  • Must have customer-service experience and proper phone etiquette.
  • Basic computer skills with ability to learn new programs and software.
  • Good physical stamina to walk long distances and stand throughout shift
  • Good strength to lift, push, and pull moderate weight.
  • Schedule availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
