Job Description
The Night Audit Lead oversees overnight Front Office operations, ensuring completion of all Night Audit responsibilities and providing operational support, training, accountability, and communication to the Front Office team.

Requirements

  • Customer-service experience
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Basic computer skills with ability to learn new programs and software
  • Good physical stamina to walk long distances and stand throughout shift
  • Good strength to lift, push, and pull moderate weight
  • Schedule availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
