Role OverviewLead the assembly, disassembly, and modification of systems, oversee troubleshooting, and direct validation/verification testing of systems and components. Work under minimal direction and lead and supervise others to perform tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle.
What You Will Do
Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment, inspect components, and verify repairs for flight worthiness requirements. Provide training and mentor others.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years' experience maintaining aircraft Ground Support Equipment
- Experience with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 Maintenance Programs and Operating Procedures
- Minimum of 3 years' experience leading or managing a team in a multi-skill discipline
- Ability to work all shifts of a 24/7 work schedule
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally on short notice
