Job Description
OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead to oversee the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. The role plays a crucial role in training new hires, supporting business metrics, and upholding company values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • 1 year of industry experience
  • 1 year of leadership experience preferred
  • Regularly lift, push, pull 25-35 lbs. Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs. And occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs. using a pallet jack or gaylords to transport large packages.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment
