Job Description
OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Package Handler Lead to oversee the offloading, loading, and sorting of packages for distribution. The position plays a crucial role in training new hires, supporting business metrics, and upholding company values.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • 1 year of industry experience
  • 1 year of leadership experience preferred
  • Regularly lift, push, pull 25 - 35 lbs., Occasionally carry up to 50 lbs., and Occasionally push or pull up to 150 lbs.
  • Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required
