Job Description
The Lead Pastry Cook is responsible for preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods in accordance with high standards at Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa.
Requirements
Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional pastry kitchen.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role.
Strong baking and pastry skills, with knowledge of various baking techniques and ingredients.
Excellent attention to detail and precision in execution.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
