The Lead Patient Navigator - Radiation Oncology is responsible for working in a collaborative manner with multi-disciplinary medical center in the continuum of care of patients, their caregivers and/or families to achieve desired goals. This role involves planning, recording and following a course of action to assist patients and improve access to recommended medical services.
