Role OverviewThe Lead will oversee the assigned area, maintain productivity, and assist in case of absenteeism. The Lead will help with record keeping, communicate with co-workers and management, and perform physical requirements of the job.
What You Will Do
Fill in for personal breaks and emergencies, maintain equipment, keep supplies coming, and assist in record keeping. The Lead will also communicate with co-workers and management.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, have less than 5 attendance points, and a good safety record. Bi-lingual skills are a plus.
Requirements
- Knowledge to perform at least two jobs in the department
- Dependable, work well with others, self-motivated, and willing to come in early and stay late
- Less than 5 attendance points at the time of this posting
- Good safety record (NO Safety suspensions) with in the last 12 months
