Lead Personal Shopper

You will supervise a team of Personal Shoppers and provide an engaging experience for guests using Lowes Foods To Go services. You will be responsible for picking orders, building relationships with guests, and driving adoption of Lowes Foods To Go in your store.

What You Will Do

You will masterfully pick orders, build relationships with guests, and drive adoption of Lowes Foods To Go in your store. You will also support in-store and curbside marketing programs, maintain sanitation and safety, and motivate and educate your team.

• Ability to supervise, train, and develop other people

• Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) the basics of Front Porch, Produce, Deli, Bakery, Beef Shoppe/Seafood, and Center Store departments
• Ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work well with computers, handheld Android/iOS devices and Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to do basic troubleshooting for systems and/or mechanical issues, with the assistance of support teams
• Knowledge of agricultural products and seasonality of offerings during each
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, email, keyboard and basic computer skills
