Role OverviewAs a Lead Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document your student's progress. You will work in a supportive environment with resources to create a positive learning environment for our students.

You will help lead innovative learning activities, ensure the safety and well-being of children, monitor children's progress, and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred
- 2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
