Role OverviewThe Lead Pricing Strategy Manager shapes and leads JTI USA's Pricing and Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategy, reporting to the Portfolio & Pricing Director. This role owns the development of pricing architecture, pack-price strategy, and strategic pricing recommendations to drive sustainable profitability, market share, and long-term portfolio value.

Define the national and state-level pricing strategy, lead the development of pricing architecture, and use elasticity analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in pricing, RGM, strategic insights, commercial strategy, or trade marketing within fast-moving consumer goods
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy, portfolio economics, and commercial value creation
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex market and consumer insights into clear strategic recommendations
- Experience assessing the revenue, profitability, volume, and market-share implications of pricing decisions
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to balance short-term performance with long-term portfolio value
- Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and develop talent
- Advanced Excel and data-visualization skills
