Role OverviewThe Process Engineering Lead is the technical authority for the Polymer additive manufacturing technologies within the Hubbell Additive Manufacturing Center of Excellence. This role is responsible for developing, qualifying, and scaling additive manufacturing processes from technology development through production deployment.
What You Will Do
Manage the polymer 3D printing operators in daily production activities, troubleshooting, and process execution. Own process development, optimization, qualification, validation, and production readiness.

Requirements
- MS in Mechanical Engineering, Additive Manufacturing, or related discipline.
- 3-5 years prior experience in Manufacturing Engineering with proven leadership and management abilities.
- Experience developing, optimizing, and qualifying additive manufacturing processes in a manufacturing environment.
- Deep expertise in polymer 3D printing technologies, including equipment, materials, and process interactions.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, process validation, capability analysis, and manufacturing quality systems.
- Experience with IQ/OQ/PQ, PPAP, FMEA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage process and machine data to improve quality, yield, and operational performance.
- Strong technical leadership, communication, and mentoring skills in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.
