Lead Process & Solutions Finance Analyst

The Lead Process & Solutions Finance Analyst is responsible for executing SAP Financials solution and services, including projects, enhancements, and application support. The position requires a results-oriented individual with business domain expertise in finance and management accounting and SAP functional expertise in multiple submodules. The analyst will prioritize project requests, develop systems requirements, and ensure the consistency and maintainability of new and existing SAP financial and management accounting applications.

The Lead Analyst will prioritize project, enhancement, and support requests, develop systems requirements, design, configure, and prototype SAP FICO business solutions, and ensure the consistency and maintainability of new and existing SAP financial and management accounting applications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in SAP FICO application design, development, quality assurance, testing, training, implementation, and support processes
• 1+ years of experience in an IT management and leadership role
• 1+ full life-cycle SAP implementation in FICO and related integrations and bolt-ons
• Experience leading SAP FICO processes and integrating with end-to-end process design
• Experience building cross-organizational consensus with exposure to technology providers and/or business clients
• Full life-cycle SAP implementation in FICO experience in North America
• Experience integrating SAP FICO solutions into a broad array of non-legacy technologies and architectures
• An undergraduate bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration
• CPA preferred
