Role OverviewThe Lead Procurement Analyst is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing the supply of materials, tooling, and equipment required to support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing operations. This role partners closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, Program Management, and Supply Chain to ensure materials and services are available on time and meet technical, quality, cost, and delivery requirements.
What You Will Do
Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies, obtain and evaluate supplier quotations, source materials and components, monitor supplier lead times, coordinate first-time buys, and establish stocking levels.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5-7 years relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, buying, and/or inventory planning in a technical purchasing role
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supplier management
- Able to liaison with outside vendors, clear verbal and written communications
- Experience working in aerospace or industrial industries and knowledge of government compliance regulations for sourcing processes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships effectively
