Job Description
Lab49 is seeking a senior Product & Engagement Leader to own the success of complex, high-stakes financial services initiatives for finance clients. The role combines product strategy and leadership with full engagement ownership.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, including senior roles leading complex initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, with strong familiarity with asset management workflows, personas, and domain constraints
  • Ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders across organizations
  • Strong product instincts paired with operational and financial rigor
  • Deep comfort translating between business strategy, financial concepts, and technical execution
