Requirements
- Aptitude for leading and developing subordinates
- Ability to read write and communicate effectively in English
- Capability to follow written and verbal instructions
- A team oriented mindset
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- Forklift driving skills (required)
- Physical ability: Walk, Stand, Bend, Stoop, Reach and Lift up to 75 lbs
- Willingness to work in temps of 60 to 90 degrees
- Flexibility to work overtime on a regular basis
