Role OverviewAs a Lead Program Manager, you'll be a key team member of the Program Management office reporting to the Portfolio Program manager of the Pro Electrified Products Design Center. You'll work as a hybrid employee, directing program management, leading product sub-categories, and generating continuous improvement processes.
What You Will Do
You'll manage risks, coordinate project activities, and make decisions. You'll lead cross-functional teams, develop project plans, and ensure dependencies and critical paths are identified and communicated. You'll also work with Product Management to develop and monitor program P&L and key drivers.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Engineering Product Development
- 5+ years of experience in Engineering Product Development or Program Management of Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Product Development
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Proven experience in new product development within consumer and professional goods industries
- Demonstrated personnel management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of NPD Financial principals
- Familiarity with structured project management methodologies
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office applications
