Role OverviewHDR is a Top 10 A&E firm seeking a Lead Programmer to join a multi-disciplinary team at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. This role is part of an eight-year contract supporting the Civil Engineer Squadron, focusing on facility management services. The position is full-time and on-site at USAFA.
What You Will Do
Manage the Facility AMP and coordinate project authorizations, identify project requirements, and develop DOD Form 1391s for FSRM and MILCON projects. Provide advice on the Base Comprehensive Asset Management Plan (BCAMP) and develop rough order of magnitude cost estimates. Coordinate with higher headquarters and support pre-acquisition efforts.
