Role OverviewLead Project Manager Strategic Transactions will own the program management operating rhythm across a multi-GW portfolio of third-party leased and powered shell data center sites, from LOI through construction handoff to operations. The role will architect and maintain the stage-gate framework that tracks each site from site negotiation through utility lock, lease execution, and BoP construction, ensuring every milestone is visible and every dependency is owned.
What You Will Do
Own the program management operating rhythm across a multi-GW portfolio of third-party leased and powered shell data center sites, from LOI through construction handoff to operations. Coordinate directly with third-party developers, internal construction, utilities, legal, and finance to surface blockers early and keep deal-to-power timelines under six months.
