Job Description
He/She will assist the Building Manager to manage the day to day operations of the Building/Condominium Corporation, ensuring all building equipment and facilities are in good working condition.

Requirements

  • Oversee implementation of effective & consistent building/ equipment preventive maintenance programs.
  • Assist Building Manager in monitoring all safety programs to ensure safety of Residents and property.
  • Assist Building Manager in complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee all engineering and technical concerns of the project.
  • Implement energy-conservation and cost saving measures while monitoring utilities consumption of common areas.
