Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Strategic Bid Center at Mercer. This role will be remote and work from anywhere in the US. The role involves managing live pursuit deliverables across Mercer's practices, with a focus on health and career proposals.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of senior proposal management experience in professional services or a large/global multidisciplinary organization.
  • Extensive experience in working with and coaching multi-faceted teams to create client-facing presentations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in leading complex, technically focused proposal (RFP response) opportunities.
