Job Description
As a Lead Pubs Automation Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in expanding the Central Publications Department’s services across the airline, analyzing complex documentation workflows, and ensuring the successful configuration and integration of our Component Content Management System (CCMS) and automated publishing solutions to meet the airline’s strict operational and regulatory compliance needs.

Requirements

  • Lead enterprise-wide analysis and modeling of current and future-state documentation workflows across multiple operational departments
  • Establish technical standards and best practices that support accurate, timely, and compliant automated publishing and revision control
  • Drive prioritization of documentation automation initiatives by balancing operational risk, regulatory requirements, and business value
