Role OverviewThe Lead QA Business Analyst will own the quality assurance and testing of a cross-platform, custom e-commerce raffle system. They will coordinate across client, vendor, and internal teams to run thorough testing of the system for ongoing feature development. The role is based in New York, NY, with a hybrid work model.
What You Will Do
Create and execute the testing strategy, lead weekly QA meetings, coordinate test data acquisition, translate business requirements into epics and tickets, and conduct competitive and feature analysis.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field
- 3 years of experience in the job or related field
- Agile software development and backlog management (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Professional experience working across different time zones, including with a partial or full offshore development team
- Strong familiarity with Consumer-facing mobile applications, including release management and distribution (Firebase App Distribution, Apple App Store, Google Play Store) and mobile analytics/crash reporting (Firebase)
- Experience with API testing using Postman, PAW, and RapidAPI, and proxy testing tool Charles Proxy
- Experience with Salesforce OCAPI (Open Commerce API)
- Experience with the test case management platform TestRail
