Requirements
Define and enforce QA governance, metrics, and automation strategy
Coordinate testing efforts across distributed teams and vendors
Lead test architecture design and tool selection
Communicate risk and quality metrics to stakeholders and leadership
Champion continuous improvement in QA processes and tools
Operate with high autonomy; drive cross-functional alignment on quality objectives
Recognized expert in QA methodologies and automation
Lead large-scale initiatives and strategic QA efforts
Provide mentorship, oversight, and technical guidance to the QA team
Lead test strategy, planning, and execution for complex initiatives or multiple teams
Design and evolve automation frameworks; ensure integration with CI/CD pipelines
Conduct trend analysis and proactively address systemic quality issues
Mentor junior and mid-level QA staff; provide technical QA leadership
Set and influence quality standards and best practices across the organization
Communicate QA strategy and quality risks to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Lead complex or specialized initiatives within a defined scope and discipline
