Job Description
The Lead Reemployment Coordinator performs advanced consultative services and technical assistance work, plans and prioritizes technical training and program assessment, and develops procedures and guidelines for training sessions and customer touchpoints. The position requires a collaborative and engaged professional with outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Two years and six months of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Knowledge of RESEA, workforce, or UI program services and policies
  • Advanced proficiency with WorkInTexas.com, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills, initiative, and work ethic
  • Great listening skills and respectful telephone etiquette
