Requirements

  • 2 years and 6 months of full-time experience in the development, implementation, or interpretation of policies and procedures in a public or private agency
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Knowledge of RESEA, workforce, or UI program services and policies
  • Advanced proficiency with WorkInTexas.com, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills, initiative, and work ethic
  • Great listening skills and respectful telephone etiquette
