Requirements
- Proven experience working with commercial refrigeration systems
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with refrigeration installation, startup, and service
- Ability to read electrical and refrigeration schematics
- Strong understanding of refrigeration controls, electrical systems, and components
- Ability to work independently while also leading a team
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- EPA certification required or preferred
