Role OverviewThe Lead, Refurb will assist in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the department, working closely with the Supervisor to achieve the goals of the department. The role involves supervising daily activities, ensuring accurate and safe processing of refurbished products, and meeting department productivity and quality goals.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include monitoring productivity and accuracy, performing cycle counts and inventories, communicating production and capacity issues, and assisting in the training and development of staff.

Requirements
- Associates Degree
- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
