Role OverviewThe Lead Registration Specialist is responsible for guiding, developing, and training new hires, as well as delegating responsibilities to the team to ensure monthly goals and performance improvement goals are met. The team lead assists in registering all patients receiving emergency services, gathering and entering information, obtaining signatures, and collecting applicable patient liability on accounts.

Registering patients according to policies and procedures, obtaining signatures, documenting logs, and effectively communicating with patients regarding eligibility and benefits.
