Job Description
The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Lead Resident Services position to join their team at The Gallery at Fort Collins. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role, with a focus on serving seniors. Responsibilities include providing personalized solutions, coordinating services, and maintaining a safe and clean reception area.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role
  • One to two years of working with seniors
  • Ability to use independent judgement and discretion
  • Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Ability to utilize technology effectively and efficiently
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to think creatively and independently
  • Ability to act in solving problems and exhibiting judgment
  • Ability to work with people in a team setting to accomplish goals
