What You Will Do
The main responsibilities of the Lead Residential Monitor include supervising residents, inspecting facilities, enforcing program rules, and providing input to the Residential Manager regarding monitor evaluations. They will also assist with scheduling and coverage, provide on-call duties, and conduct weekly fire and safety inspections.

Requirements
- H.S. diploma required, some college preferred or similar combination of education and work experience
- Minimum two years experience in social service/helping profession or security work
