Role OverviewAs a Lead Resolution Specialist, you will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex general liability claims, applying your claims experience and analytical skills to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution. You will work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
What You Will Do
Independently conduct detailed analysis vital to investigating claims exposure and recommend appropriate settlement strategies and action plans. Create reservation of rights, coverage denial letters, negotiate and resolve settlements directly with involved parties.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- 7 or more years of related claims experience
- Proven track record to handle complex claims issues at a senior adjuster level
- Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
