Role OverviewVoda Cleaning & Restoration is looking for a Lead Carpet Cleaning Restoration Technician to join our team. This is more than a technician position, as the successful candidate will take ownership of their work, deliver an exceptional customer experience, continue developing their skills, and help set the standard for our field team as the business grows.
What You Will Do
Perform professional carpet, upholstery, floor, and specialty cleaning services, assist with and perform water mitigation and restoration services, and deliver a professional, positive customer experience from arrival through job completion.

Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in water mitigation/restoration
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Dependable, professional, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work
- Ability to learn new processes, equipment, technology, and service techniques
- Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet for job documentation and communication
- Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with cleaning and restoration work
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements
