Work for a Non-Profit that cares! Assist in supervising store operations, product rotation, training and coaching of associates and volunteers to advance AbleLight's mission, vision and core values. Provide direction to staff to ensure customer satisfaction and production standards are being met.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of retail or customer service experience
  • One year of leadership experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to lift 40 lbs.
  • Able to stand on feet for up to eight hours
  • Able to assemble and move racks and shelves
  • Able to carry items up and down stairs
