Role OverviewAs a Lead RN Clinician, you will set the bar for exceptional patient care while mentoring and developing clinical staff. This role combines hands-on aesthetic treatments, operational leadership, and clinical training, ensuring consistency and excellence across your home clinic and regional locations.
What You Will Do
Deliver exceptional patient care, conduct patient consultations, maintain clinical excellence, mentor and develop clinicians, collaborate with clinic teams, support regional clinics, oversee inventory and equipment, drive operational efficiency, address patient concerns, and support sales initiatives.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current RN/NP/PA license

- Training or mentoring experience is a plus
- Advanced clinical skills in non-surgical aesthetic treatments
- Strong consultation abilities
- Google Suite proficiency
