Job Description
Arcadis seeks an experienced Lead Roadway Design Engineer to join our team in Michigan. As the Lead Roadway Design Engineer, you will oversee and manage roadway design projects from concept to completion, leading a team of engineers, collaborating with clients, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and by regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in roadway design and project management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer
  • Professional Engineers License (PE)
  • Experience with MDOT bid document preparation utilizing ORD and other software
