Role OverviewThis role will serve as a key technical leader, responsible for guiding roadway design efforts, mentoring staff, and partnering with project managers to deliver high-quality transportation projects across Utah and the Mountain West.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in roadway or transportation engineering
- Proven experience leading roadway design teams or groups
- Professional Engineer (PE) license (Utah preferred or ability to obtain via reciprocity)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Strong knowledge of roadway design standards (AASHTO, UDOT, local agency criteria)
- Advanced proficiency with tools such as MicroStation / OpenRoads (Civil 3D a plus)
- Experience delivering complex PS&E packages, including design-build or alternative delivery projects
