Role OverviewUnder the supervision of the Clinical Director, manages, coordinates and directs the safety guards within the BHCC. The role of this position is to ensure the safety of all clients, staff and visitors to the BHCC.
What You Will Do
Supervises a staff of safety guards, attends monthly BHCC Leadership meeting, assists with training staff, reports to the Clinical Director on workflow or personnel issues, and anticipates problems and responds proactively.

The Lead Safety Guard will be responsible for ensuring high quality services, working in collaboration with program leadership to ensure safety needs are being met, and participating on the BHCC leadership team to review and modify policies and procedures.
