What You Will Do
Lead by example in high-ticket aesthetic sales, conducting expert in-person consultations. Coach and develop Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs) to strengthen sales performance, conversion rates, and service standards. Partner with the Location Director to set clinic goals and optimize sales strategies.
